Princess Playdough Mats

Press the playdough onto the dress shape. Here you can get as creative as you want. (We stayed with two colors.) Decorate the dress by using the small objects. Again, be as creative as you wish. Decorate the crown in the same manner. You can make the crown on the princess’ head too by copying the shape on the printable with playdough. Older kids might like to explore making indents/imprints on the dough to decorate the dress even further.
Free Playdough Mats are a fun preschool activity
Opportunity for counting, patterning, symmetry, pre-writing skills(placing items from left to right in a straight-ish row) and estimation skills(how many beads will fit in a row) arise, just to name a few educational benefits to this fun activity! Fine motor skills are another skill developed here when pressing down the playdough and picking up the small objects. Have fun designing your own princess dress with playdough and “jewels”!
