These free playdough mats encourage your kiddo to “write” numbers and build number values with play doh. Interactive ten frame

Play dough is a fantastic way to engage our kids in learning skills. For this preschool activity, we will be inviting our kids to form numbers using play dough. This will have them identify a numeral, practice forming the numeral, and developing their fine motor skills. We are also inviting our kids to identify number values and build a number value on a ten frame using play dough.

Tips

  • You can laminate the template for durability
  • Model for your kiddo how to roll and mold each numeral

  • You skip the play dough and use dry erase markers to trace the numeral and fill in the ten frame
