Kids will have fun practicing building uppercase letters using crafts sticks and these FREE Popsicle Stick Letters Printables! This is such a great alphabet activity for preschool and kindergarten age kids.
Popsicle Stick Letters
Start out by printing out the craft stick alphabet letter template. I suggest laminating the cards for durability.
Building popsicle stick letters is such a fun, hands-on alphabet activity for toddler, preschool, and kindergarten age kids!
Popsicle Stick Alphabet
Now cut apart the individual popsicle stick alphabet cards. There are 4 letter templates per page.
Each card has not only the capital letter, but something that starts with the same letter featured. “I is for ice cream”
Popsicle Stick Crafts
Kids will use popsicle sticks to form the uppercase letters using the alphabet template on each card.
HINT: You will need to break some craft sticks in half to have shorter sticks for some of the cards. We used kitchen scissors to get a nice smooth cut!
I love this educational use of popsicle sticks! Although not a popsicle stick craft in the traditional sense, ti allows kids to build and create while reinforcing capital letters.
