Can you feel it in the air? Spring is here! Time to pack away the Winter clothes and bring out the Spring clothes- rain boots, rain jackets, dresses and shorts and don’t forget the umbrellas! Here is a fun dabbing activity for your preschoolers- Spring clothes Roll & Dab!
Spring Clothes Bingo Daubers Printable
Color recognition, number recognition and hand-eye coordination are just to mention a few skills developed with this fun roll & dab activity!
Simply print one or all 5 of these free printable sheets. It includes rain boots, rain jacket, umbrella, dress and shorts. Provide dabbers and a dice to fill the dots on the clothes. If you do not have dabbers, you can use corks or pompoms attached to pegs and dip them into paint. Or, if you are not afraid of a bit of messy fun, simply use fingers dipped into paint!
Bingo Marker Printables
Roll the dice to see which color dabber to use. Find that color circle on the clothes and dab! The children can also color or paint the rest of the picture to finish it off. Girls might want to decorate their rain boots or dress with cute flower patterns?
TIP: If you would rather reuse these roll & dab sheets, laminate it and use with balls of playdough/Play-Doh as a playdough mat. Or you could use pompoms or beads too!
Such a great activity to finish off a discussion on Spring clothes(to extend vocabulary) and then to work on those color and number recognition skills during your Spring theme/unit!
